Guy i talked too after the fact was not at all professional. i recommend a different company if you are needing a garage door opener or service.

We did call Doug back and explained Chamberlain and Liftmaster are the same company, he asked for same opener as his neighbour. We did not have an 8ft Chamberlain chain drive in stock so we installed a LiftMaster 8365-267 Premium Series 8ft chain drive opener which has a solid shaft, 2 remotes and a keypad. This is an opener we install on a regular basis and is highly rated on google. We feel this rating is low for the service we provided. Have a good day.Great new door!
