Easy to deal with - all staff very professional from sales staff to installers.
Shout out to the installer who capped the frame . Metal beam above the door was starting to rust and explained to us why and suggested we not cap it. Sanded it for us to paint.

I thought it was frozen shut, but eventually I managed to get it open a bit, but the motor would still not do the job. Jesse came out later that day, and realized that the chain and other parts were no longer properly aligned (or thereabouts!). He did many adjustments, and now the door is perfect. Good price, good service.
