We did call Doug back and explained Chamberlain and Liftmaster are the same company, he asked for same opener as his neighbour. We did not have an 8ft Chamberlain chain drive in stock so we installed a LiftMaster 8365-267 Premium Series 8ft chain drive opener which has a solid shaft, 2 remotes and a keypad. This is an opener we install on a regular basis and is highly rated on google. We feel this rating is low for the service we provided. Have a good day.Great new door!

Jesse came at 1 pm was finished by 4pm and even fixed the one door which wasn’t closing properly. He was friendly, courteous and very efficient and all seems to be working well.
